FINISHED AN EXCELLENT 5TH IN A NATIONAL HUNT FLAT RACE AT HEXHAM (19TH APRIL) ON HIS RACECOURSE DEBUT.
There are 5% shares available in this good looking five-year-old bay gelding by Conclude out of Geegee Emmarr who is trained by Martin Todhunter at Orton in Cumbria.
'Sam' is a big strong gelding with plenty of size and scope. He is a staying chaser in the making but he made a highly encouraging start to his career when despite running green he ran a race full of promise at Hexham. He has since run disappointingly in a 'bumper' at Sedgefield & is now back in training after a summer break. He will make his hurdling debut in October - he has schooled really well over jumps & will have a full season novice hurdling.
His sire Conclude was a very useful performer who was owned by Prince Khalled Abdulla and trained by Henry Cecil. His career was cut short because of injury after winning a Maiden race at Ripon very impressively. By Distant View, Conclude boasts a top-class pedigree being a half-brother to the Group winner Dance Dress.
Sam's dam Geegee Emmarr was placed on the flat on a couple of occasions but probably put up her best effort at Haydock Park in a Conditions race when 5th of 16 behind the Guineas winner Island Sands. Geegee Emmarr is a half-sister to four winning jumpers including the useful chaser Fair Prospect.
COST & DURATION
Shares are available in multiples of 5%.
The cost of a 5% share is £350. In addition to buying a share you will be asked to pay a FIXED PRICE OF £95 per month towards his training fees, racing expenses and the administration costs of the syndicate. At the end of each season you will receive your share of any prize money won and also have the choice to either sell your share or continue for another year.
