The Velka Pardubicka Steeplechase is run on the second Sunday in October (10th) in the town of Pardubice approximately 70 miles from Prague in the Czech Republic. The race is widely considered to be the toughest steeplechase in Europe! The cross-country course comprises of a spectacular mix of banks, hedges and ditches, which includes the daunting and infamous Taxis fence, jumped only once every year and is run over a distance of four miles two-and-a-half furlongs. We’ve put together a very competitive package which includes 4-star hotel accommodation, admission to Pardubice Racecourse and time to explore Prague one of Europe’s most beautiful cities!
